Fraud Analyst Team Lead
Experience: 3-4 years
JOB DESCRIPTION :
A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for a Fraud Analyst Team Lead to manage a team of data analysts while remaining hands-on in fraud detection and data analysis.
The role includes identifying suspicious patterns, developing reports and KPIs, automating processes using Python and SQL, and optimizing investigation workflows.
The position involves working with large-scale databases, collaborating with Cybersecurity, SOC, and Risk Management teams, and recommending improvements to fraud detection systems.
REQUIREMENTS :
✔ 3+ years of experience managing a team and leading organizational processes – Must
✔ 2+ years as a Data Analyst – Must
✔ Strong experience with SQL / ORACLE, including writing complex queries – Must
✔ Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation – Must
✔ Experience working with BI tools – Must
✔ Deep understanding of data structures, log analysis, and pattern recognition – Must
✔ Hands-on experience in financial/cyber fraud analysis – Strong advantage
✔ Experience with QRADAR – Advantage
✔ Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex processes
✔ Ability to work independently while leading a team and collaborating across departments
✔ Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
✔ Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
