Analyst for the Alternative Investment fund

IBI Alternative Investment Funds is looking for an Analyst

As part of the role, you will join a team of analysts, gain in-depth knowledge of the U.S. commercial real estate sector, analyze financial reports, evaluate transactions, review documents to identify key data points, and prepare marketing materials.

Position details:

·        Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday

·        Overtime as needed

Job requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in finance – mandatory (CPA after internship – advantage)

·        Familiarity with financial statements – mandatory

·        High-level English – mandatory

·        Advanced Excel skills – mandatory

·        Familiarity with the real estate sector – significant advantage

·        Experience in real estate analysis – significant advantage

Personal skills:

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

·        Quick learning ability

·        Professional and well-presented demeanor

·        Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines

·        Attention to detail and analytical thinking
