About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, details-oriented and proactive PMO to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of Startup Nation Central’s global brand awareness campaign, "Why Israel Now”, providing both administrative and creative project support. The PMO will report directly to the Managing Director of the initiative and play a key role in keeping project on track, both operationally and creatively.
Key Responsibilities
✅Project Management & Coordination
- Oversee key project workflows and ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
- Track progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Facilitate collaboration with Start Up Nation’s marketing and other units.
- Manage and update the project timeline (Gantt chart) to reflect milestones and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to the defined project budget.
✅Creative & Administrative Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with various external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure alignment between the project’s creative vision and execution.
- Support content and concept development in accordance with the campaign work plan.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
-Prior experience in project management, operations, or a similar role —preferably in global marketing, communications, or advertising.
-Prior experience in overseeing content creation.
- Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Soft Skills: Creative, proactive, independent, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Languages: Fluency in Hebrew and English (mother-tongue an advantage) is required.
