Job Title: Level 3/Technical Site Lead

Location: Bnei Zion, Israel

Duration: 12 Months+

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a technical lead and with the ability for people supervision
• Prioritize and manage workload across team
• Review build documentation before project and validate any questions/concerns
• Direct build activities related to DC Ops
• Escalation point of contact for L2 team
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support and resolution of tickets
• Ensure projects are aligned to client DC standards
• Coordinate activities with other teams as needed for project builds and escalations
