The Role
Candex is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this position you will report to an R&D Tech Lead.
Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline for all the customer technical needs and questions
- Implement new clients and support existing client integrations
- Working with R&D, QA and customers
- Demonstrate significant understanding of the product architectures of the entire solution
- Work with support to investigate and debug technical support requests and client issues
- Run reports and SQL queries for clients
- Develop feature requests for clients - advanced
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role (in Customer success, Professional Services, Pre-Sales or related)
- BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent military background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well developed problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Deep knowledge in backend development and integration projects
- Experience with, SQL, general database knowledge
- Experience with C# - advantage
- Motivated, energetic and ambitious team player
- FinTech background - advantage
