Fullstack Web Team Leader – Lead the Future of Web Development!
We are looking for a highly motivated Fullstack Web Team Leader to drive innovation and lead a team in developing cutting-edge web solutions. If you are passionate about leadership, technology, and creating impactful products, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of web developers.
- Oversee the design, execution, and enhancement of new and existing services.
- Stay hands-on with development (approx. 70% coding).
- Research and implement new technologies to improve product architecture.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience as a web developer.
- 1+ years of experience as a team lead/tech lead.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture & modern web development.
- Expertise in Node.js (3+ years), Angular (2+ years), and NestJS.
- Experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes – an advantage.
Tech Stack:
NestJS, Angular, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Kubernetes, AWS.
