We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children. As we continue to grow, we seek a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Herzliya.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing communications with both distributors and end customers. The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a high level of proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and support requests from distributors and end customers.
  • Manage and update Excel spreadsheets and customer data.
  • Provide professional and efficient customer service.
  • Communicate effectively in native-level English.

Requirements:

  • Native-level English – a must.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • Previous experience in customer support – an advantage
