About the Position: The Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from implementation through to successful completion. This role involves close collaboration with clients, ensuring seamless integration of our product into their project workflows, and providing strategic and professional value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Provide professional support on-site, including real-time troubleshooting and delivering engineering solutions.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to identify and implement technological needs on-site.
• Train and guide clients to effectively utilize the system.
• Manage and lead international projects, involving several trips abroad each year.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in execution roles or project management within the construction industry.
• Experience managing teams or multiple interfaces—an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of construction sites, operational processes, and concrete testing—an advantage.
• Affinity for technology and experience working with technological systems—an advantage.
• Highly self-motivated with initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Israel and internationally.
