About Us: We are a leading ad tech company, and we are looking for a Web Master to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing high-level branding and publisher partnerships across mobile web and desktop platforms. You will play a key role in managing relationships with direct publisher websites, securing valuable branding deals, and ensuring the success of long-term partnerships. 📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Setup
- Develop and launch a mobile web & desktop user acquisition operation.
- Define traffic acquisition strategy (direct buys, programmatic, RTB).
- Establish partnerships with publishers, SSPs, and networks.
- Media Buying & Campaign Execution
- Manage direct publisher deals and programmatic buying (DV360, Xandr, TTD).
- Optimize CPM, CPC, CPA, and rev-share models to drive efficiency.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and traffic sources.
- Supply & Demand Management
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard publishers and supply partners.
- Ensure compliance with brand safety & fraud prevention policies.
- Performance Optimization & Reporting
- track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, viewability, conversion rates, ROAS)
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, DV360 reporting) for data-driven decision-making.
- Adjust bidding strategies based on real-time performance insights.
📌 Required Experience & Skills:
🎯 Must-Have Skills:
✔ 3+ years of experience in media buying for mobile web & desktop.
✔ Deep understanding of SSPs, DSPs, and ad networks
✔ Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, Xandr, TTD).
✔ Proven track record in direct publisher deals – sourcing, negotiating, and optimizing.
✔ Strong understanding of monetization models (CPM, CPC, CPA, rev-share).
✔ Proficiency in tracking & analytics tools (Google Analytics, MMPs, Tableau).
✔ Ability to identify & prevent ad fraud (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify).
