ERP System Analyst

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of master data within our SAP system. This role is critical for ensuring that business operations run smoothly by providing accurate and timely master data management.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management:

• Create, update, and maintain master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Validate data entries to ensure consistency and accuracy across all modules.
• Perform routine audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  
  

• Analyze master data to support business decision-making and operational needs.
• Working on data quality and changes with the business owners& stakeholders.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, procurement, and IT, to meet master data requirements.
• Provide technical support to end-users for data-related issues in SAP.
• Assist in resolving system errors related to master data.
  
  

• Support the implementation of new data governance practices and tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline master data processes and improve system efficiency.
  
  

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data management processes and guidelines.
• Assist in training team members and stakeholders on master data procedures.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems-must. (SAP/M3- Advantage)
• 3-5 years of systems analysis and design experience (In Manufactory/Retail company's advantage.)
• High-level SQL Capabilities mandatory.
• Good understanding of business processes & IT.
• High-level of English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
