Experienced COBOL CICS Team Lead / Domain Expert – Capital Markets

Location: Tel Aviv (relocation to Lod, planned for 2026)

We are looking for an experienced COBOL CICS Team Lead / Technical Leader to join our Capital Markets & Securities team. If you have strong mainframe expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for complex systems – we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development of critical, complex systems
• Analyze business and regulatory requirements and define end-to-end technical solutions
• Manage task distribution and development progress across team members
• Deliver high-quality solutions under tight and challenging deadlines

Must-Have Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years of experience as a COBOL CICS Team Lead / Architect in a Mainframe (MF) / AS-400 environment

✔️ 7+ years of hands-on experience developing and designing CICS in MF / AS-400 – Mandatory

✔️ Experience in financial systems – especially in securities/capital markets – Advantage

✔️ Experience working with ADABAS and NATURAL – Advantage

✔️ Proven experience translating regulatory and business needs into technical solutions

✔️ Strong system-wide thinking and ability to lead complex projects end-to-end

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Advantage
