CRM Solution Engineer

We are looking for a CRM Solution Engineer to take ownership of our custom-built system, developed on a customizable CRM platform. This role requires a mix of technical expertise and system customization skills, with hands-on experience in .NET and JavaScript.

You will be responsible for customizing, maintaining, and improving the system while working closely with both technical and business teams. Additionally, this role requires flexibility for non-standard working hours and occasional international travel to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for our custom CRM-based system.
• Customize and configure the system to meet business requirements.
• Analyze, understand, and modify existing .NET (C#) and JavaScript code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Work closely with developers, IT, and business teams to enhance the system’s capabilities.
• Be available for non-regular working hours when necessary.
• Travel abroad occasionally to support business needs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of customizable CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and JavaScript.
• Ability to analyze, modify, and enhance existing code effectively.
• Experience with system customization, configuration, and workflow automation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when required.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Have

• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
• Speaking German is an advantage.
