Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Jamx, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and initial client engagement. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and build relationships with prospective clients in the media, podcasting, and advertising industries.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who is eager to break into sales, thrives on building connections, and is excited about working in an innovative AI-driven company.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting Content Creators & Publications: Identify and engage with podcast creators, media publications, and industry influencers who could benefit from Jamx’s AI-driven solutions.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Researched potential customers and initiated outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to generate interest in Jamx’s offerings.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them on Jamx’s solutions, and qualify them for further sales engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach activities, conversations, and prospect status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with account executives and the marketing team to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and optimize lead nurturing processes.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Jamx’s AI-powered podcast production and distribution solutions and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Follow-up & Engagement: Nurture leads through follow-ups, providing relevant information, answering questions, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in AI-driven podcasting.
*** The position requires availability during US business hours and days: Monday - Friday, 1PM-11PM***
What you'll bring with you:- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/any other sales position.

- Native English speaker - must!
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
