Python Team Lead

We are looking for a React & Python Team Leader to lead a hybrid team of local and remote developers in building scalable, microservices-based applications for both cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React (frontend), Python (backend), Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, along with proven team management experience across both remote and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a hybrid team of local and remote React and Python developers.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of microservices architectures.
• Ensure high-quality code, security, performance, and best practices.
• Manage cloud and on-premises deployments with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, DevOps, and QA teams across multiple locations.
• Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies effectively in both onsite and remote settings.
• Implement best practices for team collaboration, asynchronous communication, and productivity across time zones.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a distributed team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with React and Python.
• 2+ years of experience leading a hybrid team (both remote and local developers), including mentoring and performance management.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask (backend) and Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js (frontend).
• Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and agile project management skills to manage both onsite and remote team members effectively.
