We’re Hiring: Tech Lead – Full Stack (Hands-on)

We’re looking for an R&D Team Lead to join our mission to revolutionize the real estate industry by building the most advanced real estate intelligence platform in Europe and the first global Real Estate GPT.

As the R&D Team Lead at snapland, you will:

• Manage and lead the R&D team, overseeing all aspects of research and development from tactical to strategic perspectives.
• Develop and execute the R&D roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with our CTO, product, and data teams to shape the future of real estate tech.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to developers, ensuring we deliver innovative solutions at scale.
• Play a critical role in our product’s success by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the R&D team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages like Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as React, Vite, Vue.js.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud, with specific experience in serverless architectures and Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a significant advantage.
• A proven track record of developing and executing R&D roadmaps and strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
