Systems Manager

Mertens - MalamTeam is Hiring a Systems Manager

We are looking for an experienced team leader to lead a software development team and maintain systems in the field of Trading Room Systems. The role includes both technical and operational management, development and upgrading of trading systems, working with internal and external stakeholders, responsibility for the ongoing operation of systems during trading hours, and providing real-time troubleshooting support.

Mandatory Requirements:

✔ At least 10 years of experience in information systems, project leadership, and support for information systems.

✔ Proven experience with trading systems in a Foreign Exchange (FX) trading room – a must.

✔ Experience with Summit (a system for managing FX and derivatives trading) – a must.

✔ Experience in writing scripts on servers – a must.

✔ Experience working with LSEG (formerly Reuters) products – a must.

✔ Experience working with Bloomberg products – a must.

✔ High technological understanding of systems such as Microsoft, SQL, and staying up-to-date with innovative standards.

✔ Experience in managing technological projects – a must.

✔ Experience in employee and project management – a must.
