Order Fulfillment & Import Operations Manager
📍 Location: Israel | Company: Spacetech
Spacetech, a leading Steelcase dealer in Israel, is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage order fulfillment and import operations for our projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order entry, inventory tracking, and shipping coordination.
- Manage import logistics of Steelcase products for projects in Israel.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor timelines and ensure on-time delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates on order status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment and/or import/export operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Languages: Hebrew & English
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with international logistics and vendor coordination is a plus.
