As a fast-growing company, We are looking for a talented and highly organized lab technician to support our research and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrochemical cell stacks for CO₂ capture applications.
• Maintenance, calibration, and operation of lab testing systems and equipment to ensure consistent and accurate results.
• Conducting experiments according to detailed protocols, ensuring high reproducibility and meticulous data recording.
• Supporting engineers in developing and optimizing cell stack designs and testing methodologies.
• Ensuring laboratory work is conducted in a methodical, structured, and documented manner.
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to work in an organized, detail-oriented, and methodical manner, strictly following detailed protocols.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within an R&D environment.
• Hands-on mechanical experience, including working with assembly and testing of technical components.
• Self-learning capabilities and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) to follow technical documentation and communicate findings effectively.

Advantages:

• Hands-on experience with electrochemical cell stacks, fuel cells, or batteries assembly.
• Practical experience working in a chemistry lab, including handling chemicals and following safety protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment and testing tools
