Salesforce Team Lead & Systems Manager

For our client – a leading company in the Northern Sharon area (discreet position)

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts.

Manage full lifecycle Salesforce projects – from business requirements to successful delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient solutions.

Oversee system administration, custom development, automation, integrations, and reporting.

Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce capabilities.

Provide excellent internal support, training, and user enablement.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (development and administration).
• 2+ years in a team lead or managerial role within a Salesforce environment.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and API integrations.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and business process mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, innovative approach.
