DevOps Engineer

A startup in the Algo trading and High-Frequency Trading (HFT) space specializes in providing liquidity for digital currencies across global exchanges. The company generates revenue through market-making in digital assets and high-frequency trading, serving some of the world's largest crypto exchanges.

Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, the company has raised $15 million to date and is already profitable. With 35 employees, it operates in a hybrid model (three work-from-home days) and is based in Tel Aviv, conveniently located near a light rail station.

The role involves being the sole DevOps engineer in the company, working with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Linux, C++, and Python, reporting directly to the CTO.

Requirements-

• 4+ years of experience as a Devops / System / Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java programming.
• In-depth understanding of Linux/UNIX operating systems and networking.
• Strong ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Experience with AWS, configuration management tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
