Configuration Engineer

You will

• Support products readiness for production
• Work closely with R&D engineers on passing the development data into serial-production-worthy documentation suit
• Repair mechanical drawings, by need
• Manage the products Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Run Zeiss’s Engineering Change Management (ECM) process
• Collaborate with our central R&D group (in Germany) by managing BOM and ECM on common platform

·        Support mechanical design occasionally

·        Work independently and as a team member (sometimes on a global scale)

You have

• Practical engineering dimploma or BSc degree in mechanical/industrial management engineering - Must

·        At least 5 years experience in building and implementing BOM in ERP systems (Priority- Advantage) - Must.

·        Tecnichal knowledge (ability to understand mechanical drawings) – Must

• Experience in multidisciplinary systems – Must
• Organized, thorough working style – Must
• Positive & productive communication skills, team player
• Proficeny in English – Must
• Proficeny in Microsoft Office – Must
• Proficeny in Priority - Advantage
