Marketing Coordinator (Student position)

Description

Okoora is seeking a dynamic, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. In this role, you will manage critical marketing initiatives, utilize cutting-edge AI tools, and contribute significantly to our global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Conference Management: Identify, evaluate, and coordinate Okoora's participation in key fintech and financial conferences across Europe. Manage logistics, registrations, materials, and event preparation.
• AI-Powered Content & Graphics: Actively leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper.ai, Canva AI, Midjourney) to efficiently create high-quality marketing assets and content.
• Marketing Automation: Design, execute, and optimize automated marketing workflows in HubSpot.
• Newsletter Management: Plan, develop, and manage the distribution of company newsletters to targeted audiences, ensuring alignment with our brand messaging.
  
  

• Current Bachelor's or Master's student, ideally in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Availability for at least 3 days per week.
• Strong technological aptitude and practical experience with AI-driven tools.
• Familiarity or direct experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM & automation tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
