Fiverr is looking for a unique person who will be responsible for creating an internal innovative environment to promote and allow the discussion of the future of work within the company.

You’ll be at the forefront of helping Fiverr leverage ideas, cutting-edge tools and technologies to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency across departments as well of making impact on the future of work.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting ideas, technology, with business needs.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• To learn to examine and think differently.
• Establish an HR Innovation Lab, physical and virtual, to encourage employees to expand their talent and translate it into ideas and products.
• Work cross-functionally with all teams to promote efficiency and optimize processes.
• Spearhead innovation workshops, hackathons, and strategic collaborations that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest future of work trends, including AI, technology trends, role and more.
  
  

Requirements

• Most importantly, be curious and hungry to learn with the courage to do things differently.
• Up to 3 years of experience in an HR Innovation role.
• Strong project management skills, with a solid ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a business-first mindset.
• Deep curiosity and knowledge of the latest AI technologies, market trends and freelance ecosystem.
• A team player and relationship builder — you know how to engage and inspire product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, academic background focusing on innovation and creativity.
