Marketing Manager

Nexite is a leading startup, revolutionizing retail IoT. We are developing a platform that merges the physical and digital retail spaces. Our innovative platform is based on cutting-edge technology and we provide retailers with previously unattainable insights and analytics and at the same time vastly improve our customer experience.

We are seeking a sharp, creative, and independent Marketing Manager to lead the development of impactful messaging and materials that drive our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and the Sales team by crafting compelling sales enablement content.

As a key player in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, you'll bring a strong blend of storytelling, design sensibility, and data-driven thinking to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality marketing and sales materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, and presentations
• Translate complex, technical product information into clear and compelling messages
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support customer engagement and deal progression
• Leverage AI and data tools to improve content quality, insights, and efficiency
• Craft and refine messaging aligned with company objectives and target audience needs
• Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics
• Partner directly with the CEO to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business strategy
  
  

• 5+ years of marketing experience in high-tech companies
• Proven experience creating high-impact materials for B2B sales enablement
• Hands-on experience in designing and formatting professional documents and presentations
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong proficiency with AI tools, analytics, and data visualization platforms
• Highly creative with a sharp eye for design and branding
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver efficiently
• Fast learner with a passion for exploring new technologies and markets
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other content creation platforms
• Experience in Social networking is advantage
• Experience with ABM is advantage
• Experience with digital campaigns is an advantage
