Director of Finance

A global technology public company is looking for a dynamic Director of Finance

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Responsible for the preparation of financial statements & and consolidated reports according to IFRS

• Supporting, monitoring, and improving workflow related to budget preparation & tracking, month closing, gap analysis, and other financial-related procedures.

• Responsible for overseeing and supporting a team that includes assistant controllers & bookkeepers.

• Implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize exposure.

• Works with external auditors and provides needed information for the audit.

• Ensure compliance with all the regulatory requirements.

• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

• Develops and utilizes Ad Hoc reports to analyze production costs and other expenses.

 • Assisting the CFO and company management in a variety of additional topics. 

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• High Level of proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Initiative, Independence, and ability to improvise creative solutions

• Versatility and ability to work on longer-term projects as well as short-term assignments

• Strong communication skills

• Multi-tasking Ability in a Dynamic Environment

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• 5+ years of experience as a controller in a public company ( US and Israel).

• Certified Public Accountant (with Big 4 experience preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• IFRS knowledge

• Vast knowledge of tax compliance and reporting in IL and the US

• Experience working with Priority.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Experience in managing a team.

• Experience with budget software – advantage
