An exciting opportunity awaits for a Mixed-Signal Verification Lead to join a well-funded start-up at the forefront of next-generation high-speed communication technology. This is a leadership role for a driven professional with a strong background in mixed-signal verification and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a distributed team of mixed-signal verification engineers.
• Collaborate with analog and digital design teams to define specifications, create verification plans, and establish key project milestones.
• Define and oversee the development of behavioural models.
• Drive the execution of mixed-signal dynamic verification using industry-standard digital verification tools.
• Debug and resolve complex mixed-signal design issues, ensuring functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Design and implement scalable, reusable verification environments using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Provide mentorship and manage project timelines.

Key Skills:

• Experience in mixed-signal and/or digital mixed-signal verification.
• Proven expertise in behavioural modelling (BM) for analog designs in digital verification.
• Hands-on experience with mixed-signal dynamic verification using digital verification tools (excluding AMS).
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog for building and debugging testbenches.
• Hands-on experience with UVM methodology and familiarity with Synopsys or Cadence verification tools.
• Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional, team-oriented settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, including writing test plans, presenting results, and liaising effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
