We are looking for a highly skilled Business Applications Manager to oversee and optimize business applications, integrations, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce administration and development, Tableau implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own maintenance and ongoing optimization of Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring system reliability, efficiency, and scalability. Manage workflows, automation, and Flows to enhance business processes
• Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Implement and maintain Tableau as a new business intelligence tool, ensuring its effective deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support decision-making..
• Manage business application integrations, including ClickUp, Jira, ZenDesk, Zapier, Hightouch, Rivery, and ERP systems etc.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all managed business applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business applications and cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing business applications
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration and development (Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML).
• Proven experience in Tableau implementation and business intelligence.
• Experience working with various business applications such as Jira, ClickUp, ZenDesk, Zapier, and ERP systems.
• Ability to integrate and manage cloud solutions, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strong analytical skills, business mindset, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA with a specialization in Management Information Systems and Data Analytics preferred.
