We’re a fast-growing company with 40+ team members across the globe, and offices in Tel Aviv, London, Madrid, and New York. As we scale, we’re looking for a Growth Manager to help bring in more qualified B2B leads through performance-driven campaigns and creative paid strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute Addressable’s paid acquisition strategy end-to-end
• Produce compelling ad creatives and run campaigns across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google.
• Run continuous A/B tests to optimize copy, visuals, CTAs, and landing pages
• Explore and scale non-traditional paid channels such as KOLs, newsletters, podcasts, and sponsorships
• Collaborate closely with sales and product to ensure lead quality and alignment with funnel goals
• Track and analyze campaign performance - optimize for CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution
• Stay on top of performance marketing trends, bringing fresh, data-driven ideas into the mix

What You Bring

• 2+ years in growth or performance marketing - preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Google, and Reddit
• Proven track record running 6-figure campaign budgets with measurable ROI
• Strong analytical and results-driven mindset - comfortable digging into data to inform decisions
• Solid understanding of funnel dynamics, KPIs, and attribution
• Proven experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Creativity and resourcefulness - you’re always hunting for new channels or tactics to test
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Looker, Amplitude, or similar
• Experience in Web3 is a strong advantage
