Overview:

We seek a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our fast-paced R&D team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support complex cybersecurity use cases, data analytics, and product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using modern orchestration tools
• Manage and optimize large-scale datasets from various internal and external sources
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, data scientists, and product teams
• Maintain high standards for data quality, observability, and reliability
• Support data integration into ML models and analytical dashboards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in a production-grade environment
• Strong programming skills in Python and advanced SQL
• Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT)
• Proficient with data storage and processing technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redshift, BigQuery, MongoDB)
• Experience working with streaming platforms such as Kafka
• Strong cloud experience (preferably AWS – e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda)
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Comfortable working in CI/CD and GitOps workflows

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a cybersecurity or SaaS product company
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy standards
