Frontend Manager

We're looking for a Frontend Team Lead to join our core application team and take ownership of our web frontend systems. This is a leadership role where you’ll not only write production-grade code but also mentor and guide a talented team of engineers in building beautiful, complex user interfaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of our customer-facing applications, taking full ownership from idea to deployment.
• Build high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript, interacting with dynamic data visualizations such as 360° images, 2D/3D models, and complex data grids.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to deliver impactful solutions that bring real value to users.
• Mentor team members, drive best practices, and help scale our engineering culture as we grow.
• Participate in architectural decisions and influence technical direction.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including delivering production products.
• 2+ years of experience with React, building modern, responsive web applications.
• 2+ years of leadership experience — leading people, projects, or technical initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for mentoring and growing a team.
• Full-stack capabilities with backend experience (Python is a plus).
• Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments (advantage).
