About the Position
Join us in a dynamic hybrid role that blends creativity, people-focus, and hands-on executive assistance — as our next Employee Experience Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is a highly impactful, dynamic role at the intersection of culture, operations, and executive support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As Employee Experience Manager:
- Plan and lead employee experience initiatives: plan and execute wellness budgets, team events, happy hours, offsites, and celebrations
- Own and lead employee engagement initiatives, from company events and holidays to volunteer programs.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- You will lead internal communications, and company events — all with excellence, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Be the eyes and ears of the company — always thinking about how to make the employee journey better.
As CEO Assistant:
- Oversee executive calendars, prioritize tasks, and provide hands-on support to the CEO and executive team.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, external stakeholders, clients, and McCann.
- Assist with operational and administrative responsibilities with high discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of proven experience in employee experience roles from hitech company
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism when working with senior leadership.
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and hands-on attitude. attention to the little details that make a big difference..
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Hebrew and English).
- Experience in planning and executing employee events and internal initiatives
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, task/project management tools, etc.
- A team player who’s energized by working with people and building a positive, inclusive work environment.
