Our SaaS platform connects directly to EHR systems, using AI and automation to streamline patient monitoring, generate clinical insights, and reduce admin overhead. We're building a secure, scalable system that empowers providers and engages patients between visits. 

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a strong, experienced, and motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take a lead position in our development team. You will play a key role in shaping our architecture, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-impact product features. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on development with technical leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup. The ideal candidate is:

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years full-stack experience (React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Experience working with LLM-based (Large Language Model) applications or AI-driven solutions.
• A strong history of self-learning and continuous growth.
• Ability to work independently and handle projects from start to finish.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD processes and infrastructure.
• Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
• A degree in Computer Science or similar.

PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY

• Knowledge of Python and familiarity with machine learning applications.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant software development or healthcare technologies.
• UX skills to improve user experience in product design and development.
