The Opportunity

As our Co-Founder & CTO, you’ll be the technical architect and strategic leader who propels us from proof-of-concept to a market-ready product. We’re looking for someone who thrives in startup environments—someone ready to roll up their sleeves, write code when needed, and guide a small engineering team as we grow. Above all, you’ll have the chance to shape our AI vision and build the culture of a company determined to make a real social impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical vision, choosing the right architecture, stack, and AI integrations.

• Rapidly develop and iterate on the MVP, using data and user feedback to refine features.

• Build, mentor, and manage an exceptional engineering team, establishing best practices in DevOps and data security.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and founding team on overall product strategy, user experience, and growth milestones.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and a seamless user experience—particularly crucial for an AI-driven consumer platform.

Ideal Background

• Proven full-stack engineering skills, with experience shipping products in agile startup settings.

• A resourceful, entrepreneurial spirit, eager to pivot and iterate as we uncover new opportunities in the market.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring alignment across product, design, and business objectives.

Equity & Compensation

• As a co-founder, you’ll receive a significant equity stake that reflects your impact on the company’s growth.

• Compensation is primarily equity-based until we secure seed funding. We aim to transition to competitive salaries as soon as possible.
