Information Technology Buyer

A leading medical organization in Tel Aviv is looking for an IT Procurement Buyer

Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement processes based on organizational requirements.
• Receive and analyze price quotes, negotiate terms, and participate in procurement committees.
• Prepare purchase orders and collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supply deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Generate reports and provide updates to clients and management.
• Manage and support procurement-related projects with a focus on technological purchasing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory.
• Education in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering & Management – Advantage.
• Experience in IT procurement in large organizations – Advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• Understanding of technology trends – Advantage.
• Familiarity with tender processes and central tenders (General Accountant Tenders) – Significant advantage.
• Experience in procurement and IT in large organizations – Significant advantage.
