Looking to take your cybersecurity career to the next level? We’re searching for a seasoned Tier 2 Analyst to play a key role in our SOC team. In this position, you'll be the go-to expert, guiding Tier 1 analysts, managing real-time security events, and ensuring a smooth and effective incident response process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing and analyzing security incidents, identifying and mitigating cyber threats
Mentoring Tier 1 analysts and ensuring smooth task delegation
Managing SOC monitoring shifts and optimizing workflows
Coordinating response teams to handle cyber incidents effectively
Tracking and addressing monitoring gaps with relevant teams

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience as a SOC Tier 2 Analyst
1+ years in a leadership role (SOC team lead or Incident Response lead)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and security monitoring tools (Splunk is a plus, but not mandatory)
Ability to define detection rules, investigate security alerts, and drive incident resolution
