We are looking for a visionary and hands-on VP of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy.
This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in driving growth through Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, across both B2B and B2C environments.
As VP of Marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of data-driven campaigns that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and product adoption. Your expertise in both developer marketing and consumer-focused performance marketing will be key to our continued growth.
In this role, you will manage a diverse marketing team, leveraging data, creativity, and strategic thinking to drive impact. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C sectors, with a focus on PLG and performance marketing.
- Lead a cross-functional team, including Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Creative, SEO, and Acquisition teams.
- Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging the company’s core product and AI-powered solutions to drive growth and user adoption.
- Oversee go-to-market strategies for both large enterprise solutions and mass-market consumer platforms.
- Establish the company as an industry leader through content marketing, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.
- Continuously analyze marketing performance data to improve campaigns and refine strategies, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business goals.
- Foster close collaboration with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment and maximize business impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, with a strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Proven expertise in driving performance marketing campaigns at scale, particularly across social and digital media (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
- Strong understanding of developer marketing and SaaS, as well as non-touch B2C acquisition strategies.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing spend across multiple channels.
- Track record of success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, creative, and strategic skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
