Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager

Location: Or Yehuda

A leading technology group specializing in command and control (C4I) systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex software projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple end-to-end projects of varying scopes and environments
• Planning and defining business requirements while understanding business processes and maintaining close communication with clients
• Managing project timelines, tasks, budgets, and resources
• Working closely with development teams and stakeholders
• Overseeing project control mechanisms, compliance standards, and budget tracking
• Supporting development processes, assisting clients onsite, and writing proposals for new projects

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale software projects in the C4I/aerospace & defense industry (e.g., Elbit, Rafael, IAI, Israeli Air Force)
• Proven experience working with both large and small clients, with the ability to guide, understand, and lead customer needs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Strong English skills (reading and writing)
• Full-time position, on-site at the company’s offices in Or Yehuda
