TESI is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the IT team!

This position offers personal and professional guidance from the department manager and presents an excellent opportunity for career growth within the department.

What does the job entail?

• Providing technical support to students on computing and online learning topics
• Troubleshooting ongoing computing issues: connecting stations, printers, permissions
• Operating ZOOM systems, class scheduling, and building automated solutions (bots, interfaces) to improve work processes
• Resolving technical issues in real-time
• Assisting with multimedia system operations in classrooms
• Collaborating with various college teams

Job Requirements:

• Technological orientation and the ability to learn independently
• Independence, responsibility, and decision-making skills
• High service orientation, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multitasking environment
• Good computer skills

Position Details:

• Full-time | Sunday-Thursday | Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Location: College Campus, Rehovot
