System Analyst – Financial Sector – Amazing Company!

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our incredible team in the financial sector!

Responsibilities:

• Gathering new requirements, analyzing customer needs, and identifying the optimal solution.
• Writing functional and detailed specifications, addressing both business processes and technological aspects.
• Overseeing the development process, including writing guidelines and procedures, conducting tests, and supporting go-live.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, digital teams, legal departments, and more.

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 year of experience in system analysis – a must.
• Significant business experience in the financial sector (including insurance companies) – a must.
• Academic degree – a must (unless bringing extensive, long-term experience as a system analyst in a bank).
• Experience in the banking industry – a significant advantage.
• Strong system-wide perspective and analytical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
