What you'll do:

🎯 Design and run user acquisition & retention strategies

⚡ Launch rapid growth experiments across Discord, Reddit, Telegram & more

🛠 Build landing pages, bots, and automations to scale campaigns

📊 Analyze funnels, optimize CAC, virality & engagement

🎮 Work with product & design to build in-game growth mechanics

What we’re looking for:

✅ 4–7+ years in growth, marketing, or product (gaming/consumer focus a plus)

✅ Hands-on with no-code or light scripting (Zapier, Webflow, JS, etc)

✅ Obsessed with data, experiments & community-driven growth

✅ Deep familiarity with online culture and gaming vibes

Bonus points if you:

🔥 Scaled a product 0 → 1M users

🔥 Built viral loops or bots for Discord / Reddit

🔥 Are a gamer at heart
