Ad Creative Specialist (Video+Static) | Remote | Gaming Startup

We’re a fast-growing gaming startup looking for a hands-on creative executor to bring ad ideas to life – fast.

If you live and breathe performance-driven Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook), and you know what hooks people in the first 3 seconds – let’s talk.

What you’ll do:

🖼 Create high-performing static and video ad creatives (UGC-style, meme-based, product-focused)

📱 Focus on Meta platforms – mainly Instagram & Facebook

🚀 Collaborate with growth team on campaign strategy and execution

🎯 Iterate quickly based on data – test, learn, and optimize fast

🧠 Understand our audience and translate that into creative angles

What we’re looking for:

✅ Experience creating creatives for performance campaigns

✅ Strong visual taste + ability to execute end-to-end (from idea to ready-to-run ad)

✅ Fast, self-sufficient, and organized

✅ Passionate about social platforms, trends, and what actually converts

✅ Bonus: Experience with mobile games or consumer apps

Nice to have:

Familiarity with TikTok or YouTube ad formats

Experience working with creative testing frameworks

Interest in gaming or internet culture
