Job Description:

• Managing the financial accounts of a public company and performing financial analyses
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements according to regulatory requirements
• Working with external auditors and tax authorities
• Managing the month-end and quarter-end closing processes
• Preparing budget plans and financial analyses for management
• Monitoring expenses and income in real estate projects

Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Required: At least 1 year of experience in a public real estate company
• Knowledge and experience working with financial statements of public companies
• Excellent proficiency in Office software, Excel, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
• High service orientation and ability to work in a team
