DBA Team Lead

We’re looking for a DBA Team Lead to manage our database infrastructure, optimize performance, and guide a team of experts.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a DBA team
• Manage relational & non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Oversee ELK & Kafka environments
• Work with ETL tools (DataStage, Talend)

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years as an Application/Infrastructure DBA in an enterprise environment (Oracle 11+, SQL Server)
• At least 6 years leading tech teams (must!)
• Proven knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with infrastructure and development team
• Experience with large-scale databases & complex SQL queries
• Familiarity with Linux & Windows
• Experience with cloud infrastructure – an advantage
• Knowledge of at least one programming language? Even better!
