We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Legal Counsel to play a key role in shaping and managing our global legal framework.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Program Marketing Manager to lead our employer-focused marketing efforts in the Israeli market. This role is all about turning sales goals into effective marketing strategies that drive employer engagement and business growth.

You’ll work closely with our sales team, ensuring that marketing efforts directly support sales objectives. From crafting the right messaging to delivering impactful marketing assets, you’ll play a key role in aligning sales and marketing for maximum impact.

This role focuses on content, strategy, and project management, requiring strong Hebrew writing skills (with English capabilities), a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and the ability to execute campaigns that move the needle.

The position reports to the VP of Marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement marketing programs and strategies, focused on clients engagement
• Work closely with our growth-sales team to build our new market segment and provide marketing support in approaching the Israeli market
• Lead marketing projects from ideation to execution.
• Create and manage content & marketing communication (Hebrew) tailored to the Israeli market.
• Support marketing team efforts.
• Work in a small, agile team, taking ownership of marketing initiatives.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of Experience in marketing roles for local Israeli industries (e.g., finance, insurance, retail, advertising, brand management).
• Strong background in content creation, project management, and execution.
• Ability to build marketing strategies and bring them to life.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach—you get things done.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and highly motivated
• Ability to think like a salesperson, focusing on results and bottom-line impact.
• Experience in B2B marketing in Israel- An Advantage.
