Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new game features, utilizing React and Node.js for seamless and visually captivating gaming experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, data, design, and product to enhance user interfaces, animations, and interactive features for an engaging user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing on all new developments to ensure functionality and smooth gameplay.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly with the help of the QA team.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in React and Node.js.
• Database Experience: Proficient with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Cloud Services: Experience managing services across AWS and/or GCP.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Startup Mentality: A resilient character with a strong work ethic, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Advantages:

• Experience with Typescript and Nest.js.
• Previous experience in the gaming sector or managing B2C platforms with high user loads.
• Familiarity with event streaming to BigQuery or other data warehouse technologies.
