About the Role:
We are looking for a Fraud Desk Team Leader to manage and lead a small team (3 analysts) responsible for fraud detection, prevention, and response within the Cybersecurity and Information Security division of the International Bank Group.
🔹 50% Team Management | 50% Hands-On
🔹 Data analysis, anomaly detection, and automation development
🔹 Building reports and models for fraud detection and prevention
Job Requirements:✔ 3+ years of experience in team management and leading organizational processes – Must
✔ At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst – Must
✔ Experience working with databases and writing SQL/ORACLE queries – Must
✔ Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation – Must
✔ Experience with BI tools for data analysis – Must
✔ Strong understanding of data structures, log analysis, and pattern recognition – Must
✔ Hands-on experience in financial/cyber fraud analysis – Strong Advantage
✔ Experience working with QRADAR – Advantage
