We are seeking a talented and driven researcher to lead the development of groundbreaking diffractive optical components based on diffraction, meta structures, and similar configurations. This is a unique opportunity for an expert from academy or industry to spearhead cutting-edge innovation in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development activities with a deep understanding of available technologies in both industry and academy, as well as their manufacturing processes.
• Drive the entire innovation process—from the initial concept through knowledge development, component/system design, and prototype construction.
• Collaborate effectively with supporting teams to bring advanced developments to life.
• Contribute to patent writing and intellectual property protection strategies related to the research and development process.
• Analyze and apply a deep understanding of the vision and sensing systems market to research and development efforts.

Qualifications:

• MSc or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead research projects and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience in patent writing and intellectual property management is highly desirable.
