Senior Team Lead

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead (Fullstack) to join our growing R&D group.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a key product line within a fast-paced, cybersecurity-driven environment. As a hands-on leader, you’ll define technical direction, guide talented developers, and work alongside product and security teams to bring advanced solutions to life.

We are building cutting-edge systems with a modern stack including Node.js, .NET Core, NestJS, TypeScript, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, AWS, and React. The ideal candidate is a strong executor, passionate about clean architecture, scalable systems, and mentoring developers toward technical excellence.

We are especially looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in backend/full-stack roles, and at least 2 years in a team leadership role, preferably in cybersecurity or similar tech-intensive domains.
