Marketing Manager

For a small company with extensive operations, we're seeking a Marketing Manager

Reporting to: CEO

The goal: To lead the marketing strategy + ongoing marketing activities (HANDS ON)

About the Role

In this role, you will be:

• Developing and leading a marketing strategy focused on increasing leads and conversions, including hands-on management of digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, social, and CRM).
• Coordinate and manage PR and public relations activities – ongoing work with media outlets, writing content, and collaborating with journalists.
• Marketing content management: Creating marketing materials for all platforms – digital, print, PR, and mailing.
• Planning, managing, and executing conferences, exhibitions, and events, including creating strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to create an adequate marketing infrastructure that supports sales.
• Lead annual and project marketing budget management, including ROI measurement and control.
• Manage marketing automation and integrations between CRM systems and digital media.
• Promoting and leading the company's branding activity while building a differentiation strategy in a competitive market.
• Managing the company's website and branding

Qualifications

It would be great if you have the following:

• B2B + B2C Background
• Familiarity with the world of investments - financial/real estate - is a significant advantage.
