About The Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our highly strategic innovation product that will redefine how businesses connect, collaborate, and create value. This role requires a product visionary who can balance strategic thinking with execution excellence to bring this transformative solution to market.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap development for our cornerstone innovation product.
• Partner with engineering, design, customers and GTM to define product requirements and features
• Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
• Translate customer insights into compelling product features and experiences
• Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Work with CS and sales teams to gather feedback and create enablement materials
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product direction
• Manage product releases and communications to internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on innovative B2B solutions
• Proven track record of shipping successful products and features
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Experience with customer discovery methodologies and user research
• Technical background or ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
